After sanding through the veneer on top, I experimented with a faux wood finish with paint washes. It turned out great and I learned a valuable lesson about sanding veneer.

Inspired by Sherman Williams' color of the year, Evergreen Sage, I chose a hue by Fusion Mineral Arts, Eucalyptus. I found high end hardware and lined the drawers with beautiful paper to create a luxury look. This was an early project in my flipping journey and one of my absolute favorites to date.
