The Hoosier or “efficiency kitchen” was used in the early 20th century to create a one-stop-shop for kitchen stuff. This Hoosier has a copper vent for cooling pies 🥧 and shelving for dry goods; a cherished piece in my clients’ family for generations. It got a complete flip, soup to nuts. I even hired a locksmith to fix this antique mortise latch 👀
